David Kim bagged 331,500 on Day 1A, before heading home to Brigantine for the weekend to partake in some cash game and relaxation. Kim would return in a big way as he turns his Day 2 starting stack into 570,000. David would just turn around with a rye smile and say, "I'm just running hot." Kim has Big Stax series success, having chopped the Big Stax 1000 a year ago during the Big Stax III series ($39,828).
Notables continue to drop from the field as well, including last nights story Anna Antimony. Anna would win one of the biggest pots yesterday, as her aces held in a multi-way all-in pot, but she would end up bagging less than (30) big blinds. Antimony busted just moments ago, joining Asher Conniff and Matthew Kustafik, two others to bust in the first level of Day 2.
