He did decide to make the call and his 5♣ 6♣ (bottom two pair) would be up against K♥ J♥ and...K♣ J♦.

The 3♠ on the turn was a clean card for him, as neither of his opponents held spades.  The river 10♦ would solidify the hand for Little, who eliminates two players and chips up close to 600,000.
