Total Entries: 925
Players Remaining: 89
The action surrounding the bubble was pretty exciting, as there was a four-way all-in pre at Table 45:
Tom Revelle: A♥ J♦ Bob Pastore: A♣ A♠ Jeffrey Spence: K♦ K♠ Jesse Willgruber: Q♦ Q♣
Runout: 2♣ 6♦ A♦ K♥ 5♥
Pastore would quadruple up with the pot, putting himself in a safe position on the bubble (400,000). Tom Revelle would be left with 6,000, while Jeffrey Spence sat with 15,000 in front of him. So nobody was eliminated from the hand, but those two players would be left in a critical spot.
Tom Revelle would double the next hand, but in a blind versus blind situation with Jake Neff the following hand, Revelle would be eliminated (Ax 2x < 7x 2x). The level would then transition, and Jeffrey Spence would have to post 10,000 of his 12,000 in the big blind. He would be the bubble boy when his 3x 4x < Qx Jx (opponent flopped two pair). Spence would turn a wheel draw, but he couldn't find a deuce on the river to stay alive. The players remaining in the field are all guaranteed $879, which is the min-cash for the event.
