While the Big Stax 500 final table was winding down late Monday evening, there was another final table just getting started.  The $230 NLH/PLO Mix event had just reached the final ten when the three players were chopping the Big Stax 500, with the storyline surrounding Parx regular Joe Palma (Bensalem, PA).  Better known to players and staff as "Worm," Palma came into the table with a solid chip lead, and was able to continue his dominance all the way to a win, and first place money of $6,735.

While Joe may not hold the top spot in total tournament earnings at Parx, there isn't another player with more total cashes than him (11).  He is closely followed by Peter Ippolito (10), Jason Rivkin (9), and a handful with (8) cashes.  Palma is currently seated at Table 54, and sits only two seats away from Parx notable Jason Paster.  Joe's fans were all asking for the trophy picture from Monday, so their requests were granted:
