Renata Colache shoved UTG for 112,000, with Joseph Gossweiler announcing a call. Players assumed it would just be the two when it folded around, but Joshua Hertz's action was still pending. He would ask to see if Gossweiler had him covered (which he did), and Hertz would fold pocket queens. Colache's 9♥ 9♠ would hold against the A♦ K♠ of Gossweiler, and she would double to 235,000. Colache would have been eliminated if Hertz made the call, but she survives and remains alive.
