Call tomorrow the "unofficial" start of Big Stax VII, with the $175 + 25 Super Satellite to the Big Stax 300/500 beginning just under (24) hours from now. The satellite begins at 7:00pm, with entrants sitting down to a 15,000 starting stack and (25) minute levels. For every $880 in the prize pool, one "prize package" will be given away, consisting of a seat into both the Big Stax 300 and the Big Stax 500. Players who do receive the seats can choose between any of the three starting days for each of the events.
Thursday will then start the Big Stax 300, one of the most popular events run at the Parx Poker Room. Since the inaugural Big Stax series, the Big Stax 300 has had (on average) 1,320 entries, a $380,000 prize pool, and offered an $80,000 first place prize. Live and detailed coverage of each trophy event will begin on Thursday July 31 at 11:00am, the moment the cards are in the air for Day 1A of the Big Stax 300.
